How long do your workout sessions take?
It’s a total myth that you have to spend hours in the gym to get an effective workout done. On average, my clients spend 30-45 minutes per exercise session.
What types of clients have you worked with in the past?
I am blessed to say I’ve worked with most every kind of client out there. Ive trained athletes, teens, adults, cancer survivors, stroke survivors, cardiac and pulmonary rehab patients, seniors and many more. If you’re willing to do the work, I can help you
Why do you have a minimum commitment?
Fitness, health, and weight loss aren’t things that will happen quickly. If you don’t commit, you aren’t giving yourself a fair chance to succeed
Do you offer money a back guarantee?
If you follow your program, yes, you will achieve results, but due to the highly individualized nature of your programming, once you have access and have paid for it, there are no refunds for any reason.
Can I buy personal training sessions as I need them?
No, personal training is a commitment and needs to be treated as such. In person sessions must be booked at minimum 4 times per month (once per week) Consistently.
Do you offer a free consult?
Yes! Consults are done via Zoom and are mandatory before starting in my program. They can be booked by emailing me at chrisproctorwellness@gmail.com or at the bottom of this page
